This page explains what happens to information when you visit WalkInside 3D or contact us about a 3D walkthrough. This website is a single marketing page: it has no accounts, no login, no forms and no payment processing.
Information we do not collect
- No account registration and no user profiles.
- No advertising pixels, retargeting tags or cross-site trackers.
- No contact form — there is nothing on this site for you to submit data into.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and understand which parts of the page are used. It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices and does not build a profile of you. It records aggregated information such as the page visited, the referring site, the country and the type of device.
The interactive 3D demo
The demo is only loaded if you press the play button or open it in a new tab. When it loads, your browser fetches the 3D scene from our hosting provider. As with any web request, the hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address and user agent) to serve the file.
Contacting us by email
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send — your contact details, the message, and any photos, video or links you share. We use that only to reply to you and, if you become a customer, to produce your walkthrough. Email is a third-party service with its own privacy policy, and our mailbox is hosted by our email provider.
Your material
Photos and video of your venue that you send us are used solely to build your walkthrough. We do not publish a client venue, use it as a portfolio piece, or share it with anyone else unless you give us permission in writing. You can ask us to delete your source material at any time and we will remove it from our systems.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry and project data because it is necessary to answer your request and to perform a contract with you. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept only as long as needed to follow up, and are deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to bob@walkinside3d.com and we will act on the request.
Changes
If we later add features such as a contact form, file upload or CRM, this page will be updated before those features go live.
