This page explains what happens to information when you visit WalkInside 3D, reserve a walkthrough or upload a video. We store the email address, order status and video needed to deliver the walkthrough. Payments are processed by Creem; we do not receive or store card details.

访问统计
我们使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 统计页面浏览量并了解页面的哪些部分被使用。该服务以注重隐私为原则：不使用 Cookie，不对设备进行指纹识别，亦不会为您建立用户画像。它仅记录汇总后的信息，例如访问的页面、来源网站、所在国家及设备类型。
上传视频
If you upload a walkthrough video, you give us your email address so we can match the order, identify the recording and reply. Your browser sends the file directly to our cloud storage over an encrypted connection; it does not pass through our web server. We use the video and the email address only to build your walkthrough and to communicate with you about it. If no project results, we delete the upload — and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
交互式 3D 演示
只有在您点击播放按钮或在新标签页中打开时，系统才会加载演示内容。加载时，您的浏览器会从我们的托管服务商处获取 3D 场景。与所有网络请求一样，托管服务商会处理标准技术数据（如 IP 地址和 User-Agent）以传输文件。
Payments through Creem
When you reserve a walkthrough, payment is handled by Creem. We receive a verification event that tells us the payment completed, together with the order reference, but we never see or store your card details. The guided capture and upload unlock only after that verification.
通过电子邮件联系
如果您向我们发送电子邮件，我们会接收您主动发送的内容——包括您的联系方式、邮件正文，以及您分享的照片、视频或链接。我们仅将这些信息用于回复您的咨询；若您成为我们的客户，则用于制作您的漫游导览。电子邮件属于第三方服务，有其独立的隐私政策，我们的邮箱由电子邮件服务提供商托管。
您的素材
您发送给我们的场地照片和视频仅用于构建您的漫游导览。除非获得您的书面许可，否则我们绝不会公开发布客户场地、将其用作案例展示或与任何第三方共享。您可以随时要求我们删除原始素材，我们将从系统中彻底移除相关内容。
处理依据与留存期限
我们处理咨询及项目数据，是因回复您的需求以及履行与您的合同所必需。未能转化为项目的咨询记录，仅在后续跟进所需的期限内予以保留，并可应要求随时删除。
您的权利与选择
您可以向我们查询我们保存了哪些关于您的信息、索取副本、要求更正或要求删除。请发送邮件至 bob@walkinside3d.com，我们将依法处理您的请求。

If we later add further features such as a CRM or marketing automation, this page will be updated before those features go live.
