This page explains what happens to information when you visit WalkInside 3D, reserve a walkthrough or upload a video. We store the email address, order status and video needed to deliver the walkthrough. Payments are processed by Creem; we do not receive or store card details.

- 無帳號註冊機制，亦不建立使用者個人檔案。
- 無廣告像素、無再行銷標籤，亦無跨網站追蹤器。
流量分析
我們使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 計算瀏覽次數並了解頁面的使用情況。此服務以保護隱私為優先：不使用 Cookie、不採集裝置指紋，亦不為您建立個人檔案。其記錄的均為彙總資訊，例如造訪頁面、參照來源網站、所在國家及裝置類型。
上傳影片
If you upload a walkthrough video, you give us your email address so we can match the order, identify the recording and reply. Your browser sends the file directly to our cloud storage over an encrypted connection; it does not pass through our web server. We use the video and the email address only to build your walkthrough and to communicate with you about it. If no project results, we delete the upload — and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
互動式 3D 展示
只有在您點擊播放按鈕或於新分頁開啟時，系統才會載入展示內容。載入時，您的瀏覽器會向我們的主機託管商提取 3D 場景。如同所有網路請求，主機服務商會處理標準技術資料（例如 IP 位址與使用者代理 User Agent）以傳送檔案。
Payments through Creem
When you reserve a walkthrough, payment is handled by Creem. We receive a verification event that tells us the payment completed, together with the order reference, but we never see or store your card details. The guided capture and upload unlock only after that verification.
透過電子郵件聯絡
若您寄信給我們，我們將接收您主動提供的所有內容——包括您的聯絡資訊、訊息內文，以及您分享的照片、影片或連結。這些內容僅用於回覆您的洽詢，並在您委託製作時用於建置導覽。電子郵件屬第三方服務，適用其自身的隱私權政策，我們的信箱亦由電子郵件服務商託管。
您的素材
您傳送給我們的場地照片與影片，僅用於建置您的導覽。除非取得您的書面許可，否則我們不會公開客戶場地、作為作品案例，或與任何第三方分享。您可以隨時要求刪除原始素材，我們將自系統中予以移除。
處理依據與保存期限
我們處理洽詢與專案資料，係因回覆您的需求及履行合約所必需。若洽詢未促成專案合作，相關資料僅保存至後續跟進所需期間，並會依您的要求予以刪除。
您的權利與選擇
您可以向我們查詢所持有的個人資料、要求提供副本、要求更正或要求刪除。請來信至 bob@walkinside3d.com，我們將依要求處理。
