This page explains what happens to information when you visit WalkInside 3D, reserve a walkthrough or upload a video. We store the email address, order status and video needed to deliver the walkthrough. Payments are processed by Creem; we do not receive or store card details.
収集しない情報
- アカウント登録機能はなく、ユーザープロファイルも作成しません。
- 広告ピクセル、リターゲティングタグ、クロスサイトトラッカーは使用していません。
アクセス解析
当サイトでは、ページビュー数の把握およびページ内の利用状況を確認するためにCloudflare Web Analyticsを使用しています。プライバシーを最優先とした設計になっており、Cookieの使用、端末のフィンガープリント取得、個人プロファイルの作成は行いません。アクセスされたページ、参照元サイト、国、端末の種類などの統計情報のみを記録します。
動画のアップロードについて
If you upload a walkthrough video, you give us your email address so we can match the order, identify the recording and reply. Your browser sends the file directly to our cloud storage over an encrypted connection; it does not pass through our web server. We use the video and the email address only to build your walkthrough and to communicate with you about it. If no project results, we delete the upload — and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
インタラクティブ3Dデモ
デモは、再生ボタンを押すか新しいタブで開いた場合にのみ読み込まれます。読み込み時には、ブラウザがホスティング事業者から3Dシーンを取得します。一般的なウェブ通信と同様に、ホスティング事業者はファイルを配信するために標準的な技術データ（IPアドレスやユーザーエージェントなど）を処理します。
Payments through Creem
When you reserve a walkthrough, payment is handled by Creem. We receive a verification event that tells us the payment completed, together with the order reference, but we never see or store your card details. The guided capture and upload unlock only after that verification.
メールでのお問い合わせ
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、ご連絡先、メッセージ本文、共有いただいた写真、動画、リンクなど、送信された情報を受領します。これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの返信、およびご依頼いただいた場合のウォークスルー制作にのみ使用します。電子メールは独自のプライバシーポリシーを持つ外部サービスであり、メールボックスはメールプロバイダーによってホストされています。
ご提供いただく素材
お送りいただいた施設の写真や動画は、ウォークスルーの制作のみに使用します。書面による許可をいただかない限り、お客様の施設を公開したり、実績として掲載したり、第三者に共有したりすることはありません。元素材の削除はいつでもご請求いただけ、ご連絡があり次第システムから削除します。
法的根拠と保存期間
お問い合わせおよびプロジェクトに関するデータは、ご依頼への回答および契約を履行するために必要な範囲で処理します。プロジェクトにつながらなかったお問い合わせ内容は、その後の対応に必要な期間のみ保管し、ご請求に応じて削除します。
お客様の権利
保有している個人情報の確認、写しの交付、訂正、または削除をご請求いただけます。bob@walkinside3d.com までご連絡いただければ、適切に対応いたします。

If we later add further features such as a CRM or marketing automation, this page will be updated before those features go live.
